1 General Provisions

9bbd is an online entertainment platform that provides casino games, slots, fishing games, cricket betting, and other entertainment services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between 9bbd and the user ("you" or "member").

In addition to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy shall be considered an integral part of this agreement. By continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

9bbd reserves the right to modify or amend these terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on this page. For significant changes, we will attempt to send a notification to your registered email.

2 Eligibility Criteria

To open an account and use services on the 9bbd platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older ("For ages 21 and above only" 21+).
• You are using the platform entirely of your own free will and for entertainment purposes.
• You are creating an account in your own name and with your own information — not on behalf of or for any third party.
• You will have only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You are not currently enrolled in any programme to recover from an addiction and have not voluntarily imposed any restrictions on yourself.

If any user is found to have violated any one of the above conditions, 9bbd reserves the right to suspend or close the account without notice and to cancel any pending transactions.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Process

At the time of account registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Registering with false or misleading information may result in account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds.

3.2 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact [email protected] immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification

9bbd may request identity verification documents at any time in the interest of fraud prevention and secure transactions. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. You are required to provide the necessary documents.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

Accepted methods for deposits on the 9bbd platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. The method used for withdrawal must match the method used for the deposit.

4.3 Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to deposit or withdraw through chargebacks, fake payments, or dishonest methods may result in account closure and legal action. 9bbd reserves the right to investigate all suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. Or, depositing ৳16,000 means the maximum ৳15,000 bonus applies and your total balance will be ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus). Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before you can withdraw the bonus funds.

5.3 Promotion Abuse

If anyone attempts to claim bonuses by using multiple accounts, bots, or any other dishonest method, 9bbd reserves the right to forfeit all bonuses and related winnings and close the account. All promotions apply as a single offer per member.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus offer comes with a specific expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus and any related winnings will be automatically cancelled.

6 VIP Programme & Cashback

9bbd has three VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each level:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Progression to a higher VIP level depends on overall gaming activity and loyalty to the platform. Cashback is added directly to the account balance and is treated as real cash, not as a bonus. However, detailed terms apply to the cashback benefit — please contact the support team.

9bbd reserves the right to change the terms, levels, or benefits of the VIP programme at any time. VIP benefits may be cancelled if a member violates the platform's rules.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play

9bbd ensures fair play as a safe and reliable platform. All game outcomes are determined impartially using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Artificially influencing the outcome of any game is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Using bots, automated software, or any unfair means.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical issues.
• Colluding with other members to place bets.
• Interfering with game provider software in any way.
• Using the platform to conceal the source of illegal funds.

7.3 Technical Issues

Any prize or win incorrectly displayed due to a technical error will not be considered valid, and 9bbd reserves the right to reverse them. If a connection is lost during a game, an automatic resolution will be attempted.

8 Responsible Gaming

9bbd firmly believes in responsible gaming. We encourage every member to play for entertainment purposes and within their limits. The platform is in no way a substitute source of income.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. In this case, any eligible balance in the account will be returned by the designated method, however bonus funds will be forfeited.

10.2 Closure or Suspension by 9bbd

9bbd may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Registering with false information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or dishonesty.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Inappropriate behaviour toward other members or staff.
• Direction from a legal authority or court order.

11 Limitation of Liability

The 9bbd platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, profit, or reward. 9bbd is not liable for any losses caused by technical issues, internet connection errors, or external factors.

Participating in gaming is your own decision and at your own risk. Lost bets will not be refunded unless a technical error is proven. Do not treat gaming like an investment — only bet what you can afford to lose.

12 Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on the 9bbd platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the intellectual property of 9bbd. Copying, distributing, or using any content without permission is prohibited.

Game software is provided by various providers including Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi, and the intellectual property of that software belongs to the respective providers.

13 Dispute Resolution

If you have any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We strive to resolve all valid complaints fairly and promptly.

If the matter is not resolved through the support team, you may appeal to the management authority. A neutral mediator may be appointed with the consent of both parties. Our decision will be considered final, but it will always be made in accordance with these terms and the principle of fairness.

14 General Miscellaneous Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between 9bbd and the member, and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.

14.2 Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, only that part will be considered void — all remaining parts will continue in full effect.

14.3 Language

The Bengali version of these terms and conditions will be considered authoritative. In the event of any ambiguity in a translation, the Bengali version will take precedence.
